As the owner of Jakobson Management Company, LLC  Jake Jakobson has twenty-five years of experience in all different aspects of the property management business.  After working for other property owners and gaining invaluable knowledge over many years, he founded Jakobson Management Company  Located in Rochester, MN in 2005 .  Since opening, the company has acquired properties of various kinds and continued to grow in all areas of property management.  Being involved in different types of properties led to many hands-on projects in the grounds and building maintenance fields, and provides an array of knowledge to our owners.  We also have maintenance team members that have been with our company for years and deal with projects in a variety of areas each day.  Some of these areas include, but are not limited to:

Exterior Building & Property Maintenance: grounds keeping, siding/masonry, windows, basic roofing.

Interior Building Maintenance: painting, carpentry, appliances, plumbing, electrical.

From single-family homes, apartment complexes, and condo/townhome associations, we have worked with property owners to maintain, improve, and make the most of their investment.
